What we collect

When you apply, we ask for:

• Your full name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address
• Your date of birth
• Your CV / resume
• The job you are applying for

Our system may also read text from your CV to help our hiring team review applications faster. Those computer-generated notes are only a screening aid. Your submitted details remain the official record.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review your application, contact you about the role, and keep a record of hiring decisions. We do not sell applicant information.

Who can see it

Applicant information is not shown on the public website. Only authorized Ignite administrators can view applications and CVs in the staff dashboard. A notification email is sent to our hiring mailbox when you apply.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as they are needed for recruitment and related records, typically up to 12 months if you are not hired, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your application by emailing info@igniteoutsource.com. Please include your name, the role you applied for, and your reference number if you have one.
